how long will my order take?

All of the products shown on our website are in stock, except for the stationery sets which are made to order.

Please allow 3-5 working days from receiving your order to dispatch.

postage & delivery

UK Delivery: £2.95 per order for orders within mainland UK. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

For orders over £30 within mainland UK delivery is FREE.

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

If your address is non UK mainland or overseas please contact us for a quote as additional delivery charges will apply.

Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable upon receipt. Any extra charges will need to be covered by the customer.

how do I pay?

This site uses e-junkie and PayPal for its shopping facility.

Payments are processed through PayPal, the completely secure, online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t have to have a Paypal account to make a payment. For more information about Paypal visit www.paypal.co.uk

After you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation of the transaction.

returns, refunds & exchanges

In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, we will offer an exchange for another product or a full refund. If you are not satisfied with the exchange, please return the product to us for a full refund, including return postage. Email us too, so we can provide you with a return address.

We will also exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please see our terms for further information.

We will offer an exchange or refund for faulty goods if you contact us within 10 days of delivery.

We are not responsible for return postage (unless the goods are faulty) or for packages that do not reach us, or that are damaged in transit. Please ask at the Post Office for a free certificate of postage.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 30 days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

If an item you have received is damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Bespoke name cards are made specifically to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect.

how should I attach the frieze to the wall?

Friezes can be fixed to the wall like a poster using sticky pads or reusable adhesive like Blu Tack. Attach a small piece of adhesive every 2 or 3 letters. The frieze is laminated on both sides and can be carefully wiped clean.

Please note, the frieze is not a wallpaper border, and due to the lamination process cannot be fixed to the wall with wallpaper paste.

what age group are the books suitable for?

The counting and colouring books are for children in the first stages of literacy and numeracy. Some children begin this at nursery, some a little later. A rough guide to suitability would be from two to six years.

framing

Pictures fit standard ready made frame sizes. The Ribba range of frames from Ikea has a suitable size. Pictures with a smaller picture area will need to use the window mount supplied with IKEA frames.

Except for children’s colouring books all our products include VAT at the standard rate.
